Tara Anne Kervin, MPH

Biostatistician II

Tara Anne Kervin, M.P.H., joined Statistics Collaborative, Inc. (StatCollab) in 2010. She is a member of the Society for Clinical Trials and the American Statistical Association. In 2020, Ms. Kervin received the WCG Chairman’s Award for operational excellence.

Ms. Kervin joined StatCollab as a Research Assistant, providing support to project teams on clinical trials in a range of disease areas. As she gained experience, Ms. Kervin took on larger management and analysis roles on her projects and pursued her graduate degree while working full time.

Since 2013, Ms. Kervin has served StatCollab as its head of contract and proposal administration. In this role, she is one of StatCollab’s primary points-of-contact for clients’ business needs and providing information about StatCollab’s services and expertise. Ms. Kervin oversees all proposal and budget writing for new work. She helps advance StatCollab’s client relationships via review and creation of governance documentation and processes, touching broadly upon legal, privacy, and research quality matters.

In 2020, Ms. Kervin became StatCollab’s Director of Operations. She serves as the primary liaison with WCG corporate offices regarding company integration. Ms. Kervin works collaboratively across WCG to provide support for StatCollab’s commercial and project operations.

Ms. Kervin received her B.A. magna cum laude in Psychology with a minor in Child Advocacy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (2009) and her M.P.H. in Epidemiology from The George Washington University (2015). Her culminating experience research project for her M.P.H. was titled “The Relationship between Bone Mineral Density and Cardiovascular Function in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy: A Retrospective Cohort Study.
